Sue Ham is a talented, hard-working and highly organized senior paralegal with over 14 years of reputable law firm experience, primarily in the area of immigration law.

Sue has a track record of providing efficient and effective case management and exceptional client support to multinational businesses and foreign national clients. Clients served are from a diverse range of nationalities and industries, such as F&B, hospitality, trade, power/energy, manufacturing, banking and financial services, engineering, retail, health & beauty, defense, logistics and transportation.

With expertise in a wide range of software tools, Sue handles and prepares a variety of cases for submission to the appropriate government agency (both immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions and PERM, I-140, AOS, RFE’s, H, L, TN, E-1, E-2, E-3, L blanket L, O and P petitions, among others).

Sue has also briefly worked on various cases involving deportation and removal proceedings with the U.S. Immigration Courts.
