Susie Kim’s practice focuses in the areas of U.S. immigration, and in counseling clients on complex issues involving cross-border corporate and international laws. In addition to her counsel practice, Susie serves as a legal advisor and corporate counsel to many of her multinational corporate clients in multi-areas including labor and employment law, corporate law, and international trust and estate law. Susie has been featured in SuperLawyers Magazine, the Korea Times, the Korean Central Daily, and many other media outlets.

Susie speaks and writes articles on complex immigration law issues for media and other international organizations, including KCBN (Korean Christian Broadcasting Network), where she is a regularly featured guest host, sharing information on immigration law topics, KOCHAM (Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and IAKL (International Association of Korean Lawyers).

Before launching the S. Kim Law Group, Susie practiced for almost 20 years with major AmLaw 100 and AmLaw 200 law firms in New York, where she has built a loyal clientele by successfully handling the most difficult and complex legal disputes and unique legal cases. Susie holds a J.D. from New York Law School. She received her B.S. in Accounting from Bernard Baruch College, CUNY in NYC and is active in numerous professional associations.
